Job Duties:

  • Create and edit content for product pages, marketing materials, as well as social media, including scheduling, copywriting, posting, and engaging with consumers.
  • Plan and coordinate the development of merchandise samples by communicating with vendors, tracking progress and reporting updates.
  • Creative direction for merchandise presentation, including gathering visual inspiration for brand, as well as putting together and presenting mood boards for brand aesthetic, packaging, and digital marketing.
  • Creative content research, including gathering content inspiration and ideas, brainstorming and pitching creative photoshoots and other multimedia content to ensure design and content reflect the brand image and message, and target audience is engaged.
  • Consumer research, including tracking analytics and insights for brand’s target demographics, researching consumer behaviors and social media habits, researching interests of target consumers, plus gathering and presenting information to clients and internal team members.
  • Draft and deliver client-ready marketing materials including briefs, influencer bio slides, activation pitches, project timelines, outreach emails, and reports.
  • Update influencer lists and other client marketing materials to reflect campaign stages and timelines.
  • Strategize creative campaigns and content to drive engagement, acquisition, and conversion across social media channels.
  • Monitor industry trends, analyze data, and forecast trends to maintain competitiveness in the marketplace.
  • Research, source, and communicate with overseas vendors on product development, pricing, shipping terms, etc.
  • Schedule, monitor, and coordinate new sample development process from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate marketing strategy and deliverables for brand ambassador and influencer campaigns, including communicating with both clients and influencers to ensure that influencers campaigns run successfully from start to finish.
  • Analyze and review the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and social media posts to create plans to maximize results.
  • Create marketing and merchandise reports based on analysis, research and findings, and share reports with clients and team members.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or closely related field, plus one (1) year of experience. Telecommuting ok.
